They are just running their own lottery. They don't really purchase the tickects in behalf of their customer. If you don't believe me ask them to tell you where are their offices around the world (or the persons) in charge of purchasing the tickets for each of the lotteries. Or ask them to send you another kind of proof like at least one scanned copy of each of tickets of each lottery of the ones they are offering. You will receive just silence as an answer!! If you are lucky enough to win a big jackpot you will have big legal trouble. As far as you win small prizes they will pay them out from their own pocket.
