Gasoline prices dictated by mean green
By Bulletz. Filed in Practical Tech |Just as I suspected, gas prices are no longer calculated by the price per barrel for crude. Now it’s all about supply and demand…mostly demand. I believe that even if the refineries still did keep crude on hand at all times they would STILL gouge us at the pump.
The almighty dollar, baby. You can’t blame them for taking advantage of our dependence on “black gold”. I even heard a report that there will be a rise in the price of corn based gases. Yet another way to get us coming and going. You can’t pay the price for regular gas. Soon, the price for alternative gases might rival those we are paying for gasoline.
I hope they can figure out how NOT to drive us all into the poor house.
