I am pleased to see someone finally making this type of program available for free. I downloaded it myself to check out the features. I am impressed with the capabilities. I am able to make PDF files from commonly used word processing programs like Word, and even attach a Creative Commons License to my work when I am done.

They are working on adding the ability to have color and clickable links within the program. Right now, that is my only real complaint. They boast that you can turn anything into a black and white PDF. I have yet to see evidence to make that statement false. Cogniview has really outdone themselves. Take a look for yourself. This is the video that shows how to use the program. It is around three minutes long, which shows how easy it is to just download and use it. The download only takes a few seconds and you are in business.
