Get the Flock out of here!
By Bulletz. Filed in Blog Tech, Computer Tech, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Mozilla |Not really. I rather enjoy Flocking the interweb. Flock is a social networking browser. It is chock full of useful applications that don’t require any addons or plugins. You are able to set up your accounts through Flock and have one click access to it all. I can upload photos to Flickr or Photobucket directly from the browser and blog them or share them in minutes.
I can check up on my friends on sites like Facebook and Twitter. I can blog to my self hosted sites and a good number of free hosting sites. I can even access my bookmarks in del.icio.us.
If you are a Firefox user, you will love the fact that most of the extensions and add-ons you can use in FF are compatible for use in Flock. Just go to the addons page for FF and download as you would if you were using FF. I have added nearly all my other addons without problems.
Want to get a glimpse of what I’m talking about? Check out the Flickr stream of screenshots. I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.
